Delivery and Packaging

We offer UK delivery using couriers DPD.

Delivery cost

Minimum order is £40. Orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery.

Standard Delivery (delivered 8am - 6pm Tuesday - Friday) £9.50
By Midday (delivered 8am - 12pm Tuesday - Friday) £11.50

We deliver our orders using DPD couriers, expertly packaged in eco friendly frozen packaging.

Where We Deliver

Currently we deliver to England, Scotland and Wales (with exclusions as below).

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and other remote islands.

We don't deliver to the following postcodes:

Scottish Highlands - FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40 (excluding PA38), PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50

Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA38, PA41-49,PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, AB31-38, AN41-54, AB55-56, IM, GY9, TR21-25, ZE.

Packaging

Packed in your eco-friendly chilled packaging, our trusted couriers DPD make the process simple and straight forward right from us to your door. We use Woolcool sustainable and biodegradable packaging, which also ensures the correct temperature is maintained throughout the delivery process. It is important that all meat products should be put in a freezer as soon as you open your consignment.

Delivery

When you have completed your order online you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. Once we have completed your order and it is with DPD, you will receive a notification from DPD with your tracking number. 

DPD collect from our premises Monday - Thursday, so that we can guarantee once your order has left our production facility it will be delivered to your door the following day. All our meat is packed on ice and lab tested to withhold up to 48 hours in transit. 

On the morning on the day of your delivery you will receive a notification via e-mail/text from DPD providing you with an hour window for when your parcel will be delivered. This is a guide time.

Courier Apps

We would encourage all customers to download the DPD App to have up to date notifications on the delivery of their parcel. The customer gets a notification it is out for delivery, a 1 hour time slot, a 30 minute notification and a ‘Your Next’ notification. The customer should therefore be able to practically track the drivers every steps

Please note these important points before placing your order:

If you choose the option to ‘leave in a safe place/with a neighbour’ through DPD, we and them will not take responsibility for any loss of your package once its been delivered.

If you need to change your delivery date, please let us know 2 working days before your original delivery date. Once the item is shipped the delivery day cannot be changed and delivery is not successful the item is destroyed

Our couriers work hard to ensure all delivery times are met, on rare occasions our couriers fail to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible. Click and Collect Orders

For a limited time we are offering Click and Collect orders. Select this option during checkout and using the calendar provided at checkout to choose your collection date.

Our Collection times on your chosen day are 12pm-3pm

If you require a collection time outside of that window, please call us prior to booking on  01289 388202 and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Payment must be made through our website, we cannot accept payment on collection

We do not have a retail shop and are not open to the public, therefore we cannot accept drop in orders. We are a busy working farm and for the safety of us all, collections must be prebooked to ensure a member of the team is onsite to meet you.
