Northumberland Meats Butchery Services

We are a local independent private butchery service for farmers, small holders, game keepers, catering providers and restaurants.

If you have your own animals that you would like butchered and processed, please get in touch and we will quote you for the work. We have a number of packaging options and can store fresh or frozen. Northumberland Meats can make a variety of products as well for you including sausages and burgers if required.

As a rough guideline we charge the following for cutting and processing

Beef

Primal Cutting & Further processing

Bone-in £2.60/Kg

Boneless £2.25/kg

Pigs

Primal Cutting - £50 (up to75Kg)

Primal Cutting - £70 (over 75Kg)

Further Processing (Sausages/Chops/Steaks/Burgers/Mince) - £2.60/Kg

Lamb

Primal Cutting - £30

Further Processing (Chops/Steaks/Burgers/Mince) - £2.60/Kg

Venison

£30 Primal Cutting, £2.60/Kg Secondary Processing
